After a  very busy October with many new projects, such as Javelinas de Tubac, (read all about it a successfully launched, we are now focusing on the upcoming Holidays.

Late last month we tried something new:  a mini trunk show/trade show at our neighboring Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, during one of their corporate events and featuring a handful of local artists.  It was a success, and we hope to do more of these events and include YOU in the future! (Let us know if you are interested in doing these and we will put you on our priority list.)

This month started off with a bang with our Volunteer Thank You Breakfast event, along with Dia de Los Muertos decorations and merchandise, including an artful ofrenda (alter) put up by our volunteers.  We are indeed fortunate to have such eager and artistic volunteers helping us celebrate our unique traditions!

Our Members’ Juried Exhibition also begins this month, featuring dozens of works from our talented member pool.  Come if you can to our opening reception November 22, 5 to 7 PM and mingle with our guests.  We always get good sales those evenings….especially after the wine is poured 🙂

Right after that we will be focused on organizing and promoting our Holiday Trunk Show , November 29-30. Last year we saw huge traffic on Black Friday, arguably the biggest shopping day of the year.  This year, ten of our top-selling consignors  will have tables set up to sell their best wares. Sales allowing, we may do it again the following weekend, which is our Luminarias Nights, another packed house for the TCA.  (We DO sleep sometimes!)

During the Trunk Show we will also feature artists painting “live” on the patio, along with some live music to stir up the shopping juices.  Here’s another opportunity to join us and see how we help you sell more WITH more going on! (Plus, you can sign up for next season’s Show if wish)

A very Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I was born into a family of creatives. As a small girl, I remember my mother creating beautiful doll houses complete with miniature furniture and gorgeous little dolls from the hollyhock flowers. She infused me with rich spirit and creative talent. My passion to learn and create continued to grow and today it shows through my work. I am innovative in the way I combine my beads and metals and addicted to enjoying my beautiful and productive studio, where my ideas become reality. I invite you to wear my jewelry with love.
